I was off capping FoC with Milf (current guild leader ) and after we killed a few mobs i was asked to post the build im running so here it is.

Attributes:
Blood : 16 ( 12 + 1 + 3 )
Curses: 13 ( 12 + 1 )
Soul Reaping : 4 ( 3 +1 )

Skills:
Vampiric Touch: Pre Sear
Vampiric Gaze: Pre Sear
Life Siphon: Pre Sear
Unholy Feast: Maguuma Stade
Spiteful Spirit: Snakes Dance, Saph Blacktracker ( ffs racist game!!! )
Suffering: Lions Arch
Awaken The Blood: Fishermens Haven
Well Of Blood: Lions Arch

Items Used: Collector Grim Cesta from outside droks ( not the death magic one)
Collector Truncheon from outside Dunes i think...

Strategy: Keep Awaken the blood up as much as possible to take super max damage.
When about to enter a battle try to get the tank to mob the group together. Once mobbed cast spiteful on the enemy in the middle of the mob with highest health then cast Suffering to give them all a nice degen. If very confident or to finish sometimes run in and cast unholy feast for that extra damage. In bewteen doing all this life siphoning and vampiric gazing random foes may be required to gain health.
Vampiric touch is there mainly just for backup protection. Once anything dies cast WoB as fast as humanly possible and try to keep in the +7 regen well to stay alive.

Anyways thats my build and i have never come across a more simple build that works so well.
